DOWN!!
143.5 Yippeee!!! My goal for the week was 143 but considering I have stayed at 145 all week I will take it. I have had wine every night this week and I think that the sugar in the wine effects my losses. I do drink wine with seltzer though but next week it is just vodka and crystal light. I enjoy my cocktails and I am not giving them up for my diet!!
I can't believe I have 8.5 lbs to go to reach my goal. I haven't been that weight in a long time!! I told my sister that it took me over 10 years to lose my pregnancy weight!
I was a very bad girl and got some new firm videos (the cardio weight series). I have only done Burn and Shape which was good and I was sore afterwards but it was a bit difficult to follow. I am hoping that I will get it after doing it a few more times. It is nice doing a firm video that doesn't have leg press. Man I hate leg press!!
My weight will definately not be this tomorrow - I am having a "refeed" tonite for Mother's day. I am getting a meatball parm sub, chips, soda, ice cream cone and some chinese duplings. I am going to be bad and not feel guilty about it. I am so freakin' hungry I can't even describe it. I've barely eaten all week and now I want some good junk / crap food!!
