A New Update: 142.5
I just couldn't do the Alternate Day Fasting .. I did fine on the fasting day but total binge-fest on the eat days. I can't tolerate those extremes ..so back to the tried and true.. 2 meals, no snacks, no 'white at nite'. I had an aweful eating weekend (great otherwise). We finally made up with my sister (after a year!) so we spent the entire day hanging out eating and drinking and catching up. Today is back on track. Yesterday I only had 1 meal but had a small calzone. I was so tired from the day before.
I'm just going to try to post quick regarding the days food/exercise.
Today
Lunch (ate at noon): 3 slices bacon & small bagel
Dinner: chicken & salad. I'm going to try a new recipe!
Exercise: None. Back on my walks tomorrow!!









Okay so I'm not the only one who experiences weight fluxes like that, i just need to eat more salad and less ice cream. The running does help but it's also increased my need to eat and fuel my body.
wonderful blog. what do you thin of the FIRM WAVE product line? it's a neat innovation i'm thinking about it because it's not longer box stepping.
