144 - Oh My
Huge scale spike today! I was up 1.5 lbs from Sunday and I'm up 2.5 lbs since Friday morning. Wasn't a very good weekend with eating. Major binge on Friday night then just ate crap all weekend. I've spent the morning beating myself up so now I'm ready to just make a plan and stick to it.
Back to Atkins induction .. I am hoping induction will get rid of some of the cravings I've been having for bready and sugary things. If I can stick to induction for the next 2 weeks I'll allow myself a free meal on October 19th. My sister is running a race down at the shore so we will go for pizza and beer afterwards. It's hard work watching all those people run!

B: Coffee (2)
L: 4 slices bacon, 1 scrambled egg
D: Chicken and a salad
Exercise: None - I was planning on walking but it was too cold for me. I'm such a wuss. Tomorrow I have to start doing the Firm workouts! Exercise has been a huge problem for me lately!
