Goals
This is such a great quote that I decided to dedicate a page to it.

Crystalize your goals: I want to lose 20 lbs (first main goal) by getting to 150 lbs. My mini-goal is 10 lbs (160 lbs)
Make a plan for achieving them:
- Diet: Low carb eating - I guess a modified Atkins is the best description. 20 net carbs, 1300 calories per day, exercise 5 days per week. I will track this on Calorie King. I bought the membership but rarely input my food. My plan is to input my food in the Calorie King journal everyday.
- Exercise: Walk 5-6 days per week. Incorporate weight training 4 days per week. Core training also.
- Journal daily for mental well-being. This blog is also my source of honest journaling.
- Read other blogs and forums daily for motivation and tips
Give yourself a deadline: I want to be 150 lbs by Christmas '07.
